Our content
The site and its content, including text, images, video, design, logos and the Vertical name, belong to us or are used with permission. Client names, logos and work shown in our case studies belong to those clients. You may view and share pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce or use our content commercially without our written permission.

Content on the site, including articles, guides and case studies, is general information and not professional advice for your business. Results described in case studies reflect specific clients and circumstances and are not a promise of future results. We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free from errors.
Enquiries and our services
Sending an enquiry through the site does not create a contract or oblige either of us to work together. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms for that work. Please make sure the details you send us are accurate and that you are entitled to share them.
Text and WhatsApp messages
When you send an enquiry with your phone number, we send one message to confirm we have received it: by text message if you have a United States number, and by WhatsApp elsewhere. This is a one-off confirmation, not a marketing programme, and we will not add you to any marketing list. A member of our team may then contact you about your enquiry.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
