What is Resend?

Resend is an email platform built for developers. It sends transactional and product emails, such as receipts, account emails, notifications and form submissions, directly from a website or app through a simple API, with tools for templates, domain authentication and delivery tracking.

How is Resend different from Klaviyo?

Klaviyo is built for marketing: campaigns, segmentation and automated flows for customers. Resend is built for the emails your product sends because something happened, such as an order, a password reset or an enquiry. Many businesses use both, and we set them up so each does its own job without overlap.

What do you use Resend for?

We use it for transactional and product emails on websites and apps we build, for lead and form notifications, and for onboarding or alert emails triggered by user activity. The enquiry form on our own website sends through Resend.

Can you help with deliverability?

Yes. We verify your sending domain, configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC, choose sensible sending addresses and monitor bounces and complaints, so transactional emails reliably reach the inbox.

Do you design the email templates?

Yes. We build responsive templates in code, usually with React Email, designed to match your brand and written in your voice, then keep them versioned so they are easy to update.

Can Resend work with our existing website?

Usually, yes. Resend works well with modern frameworks such as Next.js and hosting such as Vercel, and can be connected to most platforms that can make an API call. We will check your setup and recommend the simplest reliable approach.
